The Commission has established regulations for the licensure
of neurotherapists based on feedback from attorneys, neurotherapy professionals, certification board executives, governmental regulatory agencies,
existing licensing boards and legislators.
Regulations Pertaining to Neurotherapy Licensure
The requirements to become a Licensed Neurotherapist are intended
to demonstrate competency in neurotherapy, considerable knowledge of the
operation and function of neurotherapy equipment, skill in the delivery of
neurotherapy services, and knowledge of the limitations of both the equipment and
the operator.
