NEUROTHERAPY REGULATIONS - Overview

The Commission has established regulations for the licensure of neurotherapists based on feedback from attorneys, neurotherapy professionals, certification board executives, governmental regulatory agencies, existing licensing boards and legislators.

GRANDFATHERING PERIOD

Commencing immediately and running through March 31 2008, the Commission will allow grandfathering of qualified applicants.

Grandfathering Requirements

Applicants must include a copy of their current license or certification, the application and the initial licensing fee of $75.00 for one year and the following information:

Your name
Your mailing address
Your telephone number and email information
Your signature verifying your application (please download)
A copy of your driver license
A copy of your qualifying professional license or certificate
Company or certified check or money order.
