BIOFEEDBACK REGULATIONS - Overview

The Commission regulations for the licensure of biofeedback therapists are based on feedback from attorneys, biofeedback professionals, certification board executives, governmental regulatory agencies, existing licensing boards and legislators.

LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS

Licensure examinations are scheduled only with candidates who have completed all of the other requirements for a license. Please review How to Become Licensed for further details.

APPLICATION PROCESS

PROCESS FOR RENEWING YOUR LICENSE

1. Complete the license renewal application form and submit it by fax to 828-357-8415, email to TLCTA @ Bluejay.net (no spaces in email address) or mail it to the address given at the top of this page.
   
   
2. Submit your payment or payment information with your application or pay by credit card using the IPX Services secure and confidential credit card gateway.
