Register for Licensing

To register for licensing, please complete the following steps:

1. Attach a copy of any licenses or healthcare certifications to support your application.
   
   
2. Attach a copy of your driver license, passport or government identification card.
   
   
3. Fill out and sign the new application or renewal application and either:

4. Either pay by check or credit card.
   
   Pay by check
   For new applicants, send $75 per license for the first year with new application and required documents by either company check or money order to The License Commission of the Americas (TLCTA).
   
   For renewal applicants, send $45 with renewal application by either company check or money order to The License Commission of the Americas (TLCTA).
   
   Pay by credit card
   For new applicants, send new application and required documents and pay $75 per license for the first year with either VISA, MasterCard or Discover using the secure and confidential IPX Services Credit Card Gateway for new applicants.
   
   For renewal applicants, send renewal application and pay $45 per license with either VISA, MasterCard or Discover using the secure and confidential IPX Services Credit Card Gateway for renewal applicants.
   
   
5. Please be sure to familiarize yourself on the regulations pertaining to your specific licensure area.

Follow Further Instructions

1. The Commission may require further documentation and evidence of compliance with the Biofeedback License Regulations.
   
   
2. The Commission may require additional training based on your application or license test score.
   
   
3. If you have not already taken the biofeedback license examination, you will be scheduled to take that examination.
   
   
4. If you did not pass the biofeedback license examination, you will be scheduled to retake that examination.
   
   
5. The Commission may require you to be supervised by a licensed medical doctor, chiropractor, psychologist, psychotherapist or other health care professional if the biofeedback equipment you intend to use is not in compliance with all federal or state regulations or laws.
