Mission

The License Commission Mission is to be an outsourcing provider of licensing services to states for smaller professions that need to be regulated for the safety of the public. These professions are listed above. The License Commission cooperates fully with all other licensing board operated by the state.

Overview

The License Commission believes licensing of health care professionals by states, provinces and other governmental jurisdictions best serves the public. The License Commission is a nonprofit organization that raises enough money from licensing qualified individuals to pay the necessary operating expenses and compensate the state for legal and other expenses provided by the state.

Services provided by health care professionals shall include:

• Mandatory referrals to those licensed professionals who are empowered to diagnose, treat, prescribe and/or counsel their patients regarding any medical, emotional, mental or psychological condition, disorder or disease whenever their clients ask or demonstrate a need for the same.
• Empowering their clients to make their own decisions about their own health and wellness without undue influence from the health-care professional.
• Complete cooperation with their client's primary care physician including reports on the results of stress and pain reduction and management to enable the primary care physician to make better informed decisions about his or her patients.

Services the state is expected to provide:

• Prosecution of professionals and non-professionals who refuse to obey the laws of the state.
• Appointment of members to the State Regulatory Board that will oversee the operation of the professional board established through a joint effort between the State and The License Commission.

Services the state may provide:

• Office space, utilities and telephone services.
• Internet access, email and domain hosting services.
• Temporary office assistance when needed.
• Any other services the state feels are necessary
